It is true what everyone else says, you only need a bit of shower gel or rub your soap bar on it a bit and it really makes some thick suds. It's long so you have to fold it if you are just doing your body, but if you wanna get your back, it's the perfect length.

I had my hair up in a bun (I had put it up to workout) and when I let down my hair after it was dry it felt so much thicker and almost like I had more hair.
I was not quite sure why, but then I read about the strengthening effects of this shampoo and conditioner. My hair also felt so much cleaner and silky as if there was no build up and I had washed my hair in mountain spring water.
The shampoo doesn't strip the hair the way other harsh shampoos do and I'm very impressed with the natural ingredients.
I think you will fall in love with the shampoo and conditioner. I can also highly recommend the 10-product sampler. Everything I've tried so far has been beyond impressive. Didn't overly dry my skin, but it did dry up small pimples =) I tried to cut it up, but it didn't slice too nicely because the soap is very dense - so it broke at irregular parts. I get a small piece and work it into a lather between my palms. It lathers surprisingly well. The smell as a little off-putting for me, but my friend thinks it smells good. I would buy it again, but that probably won't happen until next year seeing as I only use it 3-4 times weekly and the piece I broke off hasn't gotten much smaller.

I received it as a gift from someone who had one and knew how wonderful it was. It has a fairly rough texture which is a fantastic exfoliator. I use it with a bath gel (never soap, it's too drying) and my skin has never been softer. It's extra long length makes it perfect for getting your entire back.
