TrueRenu has customers in and ships to many countries outside the United States, using the US Postal Services exclusively for all international shipments. Although the number of countries is currently limited (see below for list), we are continuously adding to the list based on requests received from our customers.

Details Related To International Orders
Shipping: In most instances, international orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Depending
on the weight of your order, you will be able to choose from Global Express Guaranteed,
Express Mail International, and/or Priority Mail International.
Time in Transit: The United States Postal Service has very good arrangements with most local postal
services. Priority Mail International usually takes about 7 business days for delivery, and Express Mail
International from 3-5 business days. As with domestic orders, TrueRenu ships all in-stock international orders
within 24-48 hours of receipt.
Please note that delivery times are subject to customs inspection, should this occur. This could easily add up
to one week or more to the total in-transit time.
Customs: The recipient of the international shipment is responsible for any and all customs duties and
other taxes where applicable. These duties and taxes which may be imposed on your order are not reflected
in our prices. Check with your local Customs office for these possible charges and how they may be assessed.
In addition, some countries may charge an additional handling fee for delivery within that country,
and are also not reflected in our prices.
Order Information: Your international order will contain a packing slip detailing the items included
and actual prices. All orders with a merchandise total of USD $100 or more are shipped insured, which is included
in your shipping charge. You can always review all your orders online by logging on to your account using
your email address and password.
TrueRewards: All international orders earn TrueRewards at the same rate as domestic orders, which are
clearly listed for each item when ordering. Your packing slip will summarize the total number of TrueRewards
earned with your order. A summary of all TrueRewards earned and or redeemed can be reviewed online by logging on to
your account.
