TrueRenu utilizes a Full Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) ordering environment, a cryptographic protocol which provides secure communications on the Internet.
SSL provides endpoint authentication and communications privacy over the Internet using cryptography. Our server is authenticated (i.e. its identity is ensured), and the protocol allows client/server applications to communicate in a way designed to prevent eavesdropping, tampering, and message forgery.
TrueRenu and Your Data:
TrueRenu views information and the privacy about our customers to be an important part of our business. TrueRenu is not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only as described below in order to fulfill our obligations to you, our customer.
Third-Party Service Providers: TrueRenu employs other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include processing credit card transactions, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for any other purposes.
Protection of TrueRenu and Others: TrueRenu will release account and other personal information only when believed appropriate to comply with the law; or protect the rights, property, or safety of TrueRenu, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Obviously, however, this does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable information from customers for commercial purposes.
The Physical Environment:
TrueRenu data are physically housed within an industrial-grade, blast-resistant concrete structure, conforming to the strictest physical security standards.
Security measures include state-of-the-art biometric, physical and other access control devices, manned 24/7/365 security and video surveillance.
