The ideal bath water temperature for relaxing is 100.4 to 104 Fahrenheit. Add about 50-60ml of bath milk to your bath water (using the convenient measuring cap). Submerge your tired self above the shoulders if possible, and allow 20 minutes for your blood circulation to increase and warm your core.
