For best results:
Apply 1 or 2 teaspoons (or 1 - 2 good sized pumps) to wet hair and softly massage through hair and scalp. Leave in for 5-10 minutes if possible, to help hair absorb healing ingredients. Rinse with warm water. Follow with Conditioner (item 4183).
