Payment - We accept MC/VISA, American Express, Discover and money orders (US currency) or checks (US bank). All orders are subject to authorization approval and orders paid by check will be shipped as soon as payment clears (usually 5 business days).
Shipping - When you purchase directly from TrueRenu, your shipping charges are based on our actual costs from the U.S. Post Office, Federal Express and UPS. They are calculated using a combination of the delivery address, weight and size of order.
We ship no later than 48 hours from fulfillment order entry on all in-stock orders. We reserve the right to select actual shipper based on your shipping requirements. In addition to online store emails, you will usually receive an email from the shipper (FedEx, UPS or USPS) with shipping & tracking information for your convenience.

Handling - Your shipping charge includes a $1.95 handling fee to help cover our picking and packing expenses.
Back-Orders - In the infrequent occurrence that one or more your items are not in stock, your order will be placed in "Back-Order" status. Unless delivery of the item is within our normal shipping times, you will receive a back-order notice informing you of the situation and the expected delivery time. You can always cancel your order if this will not meet your expectations.
Refunds - All purchases are backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: You will receive a full refund for all returned product received within 30 days of receipt.
